Every Three Putt order ships via Royal Mail from our base in West Yorkshire, UK. UK delivery is always free, with no thresholds and no minimums. International orders ship at cost.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard. International shipping is charged at cost. The rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, don't worry. Royal Mail tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to refresh, especially for international shipments.
Christmas Delivery
UK Christmas cutoff: 18th December.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, place your UK order by 18th December. International orders should be placed well in advance. We recommend ordering by early December to allow for longer transit times and potential customs delays during the holiday period.
