Three Putt Golf Terms and Conditions

By accessing threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or completing a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use or access this website.

Three Putt Golf Clothing is a UK-based brand operated by GWContent. All transactions are subject to UK law.

Making a Purchase

Purchasing from Three Putt Golf Clothing is straightforward. Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout where you'll be asked to provide your delivery and payment details.

  1. When you submit an order, this constitutes an 'Offer to Buy'. While payment is collected at the time of ordering, this is held on deposit against the order until it is dispatched. A binding contract is formed between us only when we send you an order dispatched confirmation email.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, stock availability issue, or if we are unable to supply the product for any reason. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund, alternative product, or updated pricing for your approval.
  3. Changes to orders will only be accepted by email to support@threeputtgolf.com and are subject to the order not having already been picked, packed, or dispatched. We will always endeavour to accommodate changes where possible.
  4. Cancellations must be requested by email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through our returns process.
  5. Personalised or custom-printed items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
  6. All payments are processed securely. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment details are encrypted and are not stored by Three Putt Golf Clothing.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  1. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and form a separate part of your order agreement.
  2. Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM on a Next Working Day service will typically arrive on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will typically arrive on Tuesday.
  3. Any delivery timescales provided are estimates only. Three Putt Golf Clothing does not accept liability for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  4. In the event of a failed delivery where the customer is not present to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave the parcel with a neighbour where instructed. Further failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us.
  5. If a parcel is returned to us following failed delivery attempts and you request re-delivery, an additional delivery charge will apply.
  6. If a customer refuses a delivery without valid reason, courier dispatch and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
  7. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of the parcel being received. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier before signing.
  8. If you authorise your delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you do so at your own risk. Three Putt Golf Clothing cannot accept liability for loss or damage in such circumstances.
  9. Deliveries under courier investigation may take up to 15 working days to resolve. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the investigation is complete.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Three Putt gear. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

  1. You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items for an exchange, credit note, or refund.
  2. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and in their original packaging. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, or that carry any odour (including smoke or sweat) will not be accepted.
  3. To initiate a return, please email support@threeputtgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  4. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
  5. If an item was sent incorrectly or is faulty, Three Putt Golf Clothing will cover return postage costs.
  6. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  7. Items purchased using a gift card or store credit will only be eligible for a store credit refund, not a cash refund.
  8. Any free gifts or promotional items included with an order must be returned alongside the main item in the event of a refund request. Failure to do so may result in the cost of the free item being deducted from the refund.
  9. Items marked as final sale or purchased at clearance pricing are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  1. If you believe an item is faulty or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at support@threeputtgolf.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
  2. Do not return a faulty or incorrect item without first contacting us. We will advise on next steps once we have reviewed your query.
  3. Faults reported within 60 days of purchase will be handled at our cost, including return postage and a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
  4. Faults reported after 60 days from the date of purchase may not be eligible for a return or refund at our cost. We will assess each case on its merits.
  5. Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) will be required for all fault or incorrect item claims.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

  1. All content on threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Three Putt Golf Clothing / GW Content and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
  2. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you before dispatch.
  3. Three Putt Golf Clothing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including but not limited to technical errors, website downtime, or third-party links.

Privacy & Data

  1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you consent to us using your data to fulfil your purchase and communicate with you about your order.
  2. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

General

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  2. Three Putt Golf Clothing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
  3. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

30% Off Pre-Launch Sign-Up Discount

The following terms apply to the 30% discount available to customers who subscribe to the Three Putt Golf Clothing mailing list before the official brand launch in March 2026.

  1. This offer is valid for new email subscribers only. Existing subscribers are not eligible.
  2. To claim the discount, subscribers must sign up via the official sign-up form on threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk before the brand's official launch date.
  3. A discount code providing 30% off will be delivered to the email address provided at sign-up. The code is personal to that subscriber and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
  4. The discount applies to all full-priced products across the Three Putt Golf Clothing range. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotional pricing.
  5. The offer code must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
  6. The discount code is valid for one use only and will expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in the sign-up confirmation email.
  7. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  8. Three Putt Golf Clothing reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time. In the event of a dispute or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke the discount.
  9. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing communications from Three Putt Golf Clothing. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility to use a code that has already been issued.
  10. This offer is subject to product availability. The discount applies to the pre-tax product price. Delivery charges are not discounted.
  11. Once the website has officially launched and products are made available for sale, customers will have seven days to use their discount code, before it becomes null and void.
