Win a Free Hoodie: Terms and Conditions

Post a photo of your Three Putt kit on Instagram, tag @threeputtgolfclothing, and you're in the draw for a free hoodie. We pick one winner every month. No purchase is necessary to enter (see term 8). Here are the full terms.

Who runs the draw

1. The promoter is GW Copywriting Limited, trading as Three Putt Golf Clothing, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14724975), 159 Broadgate Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5BS, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk.

Who can enter

2. The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that's higher, who lives in a country we deliver to. You can see these countries at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
3. The draw isn't open to residents of Italy or the Canadian province of Quebec, where local rules require prize draws to be registered, or of anywhere else where taking part would break local law.
4. You can't enter if you work for the promoter, are a member of an employee's immediate family, or are otherwise professionally connected with the draw.

How to enter

5. Post a photo or video on Instagram, as a feed post or Reel, showing a Three Putt Golf Clothing item bought from threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk. It can be something you bought or something bought for you as a gift.
6. Tag @threeputtgolfclothing in the post, either in the caption or on the photo.
7. Your account must be public on the day of the draw so that we can see your post. Stories don't count, because they disappear after 24 hours.
8. No purchase necessary. Buying something doesn't improve your chances of winning. To enter without buying, email support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk with the subject "Hoodie draw", your name and your Instagram handle. Free entries go into the same monthly draw with the same chance of winning.
9. Each person gets one entry per monthly draw, however many times they post or email.

Monthly draws and closing dates

10. Each draw covers entries made in one calendar month. Each month's draw closes at 23:59 UK time on the last day of that month. Entries made after that go into the next month's draw.
11. We'll pick one winner at random from all valid entries within 7 days of each closing date. The draw is made by a random process, overseen by a person independent of the promoter.
12. We may exclude any entry that doesn't meet these terms, isn't the entrant's own content, or breaks Instagram's rules.

The prize

13. Each month's winner gets one hoodie from the Three Putt Golf Clothing range. The winner chooses the design, colour and size from the hoodies on our website at the time they claim the prize.
14. We deliver the prize free to the winner's address in any country we deliver to. The winner is responsible for any import duties or local taxes charged on the prize. There's no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred.
15. If something outside our control means we can't supply the chosen hoodie, we'll offer a prize of equal or greater value.
16. A winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer a maths skill-testing question, without help, before the prize is awarded.

Winners

17. We'll contact the winner by direct message from our Instagram account, @threeputtgolfclothing, within 7 days of the draw. We will never ask you to pay anything, click a link to claim, or share bank details. Any message that does is not from us.
18. The winner must reply within 14 days with their chosen hoodie, size and delivery address. If they don't, we'll draw another winner from the same month's entries.
19. We'll announce each winner by Instagram handle on our Instagram account. Anyone who emails us within one month of a draw can ask for the winner's surname and county or region, which we'll share unless the winner objects.

Your post and your data

20. By entering, you agree that we may reshare your post on our Instagram account, credited to you. We'll ask your permission before using it anywhere else, such as on our website or in adverts.
21. We'll use your Instagram handle, and your email address if you enter by email, to run the draw. If you win, we'll use your name and address only to send your prize. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

22. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with it.

Changes

23. We may change or end the monthly draw by updating this page. If we do, any month already under way will still be drawn under these terms.
24. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
