Printed to order

Everything we sell is printed when you order it and shipped direct to you from our print partner. Printing takes 1 to 6 working days, then your order is on its way. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: usually with you in 7 to 12 days from ordering.
  • United States: usually with you in 1 to 3 weeks from ordering.
  • Europe and the rest of the world: usually 2 to 4 weeks.

These are the usual times, not guarantees, and customs checks can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, tell us and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. US delivery is free on orders of $40 or more, and $1.99 below that. For orders anywhere else, the delivery charge is worked out from where it's going and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. If yours isn't listed, we don't deliver there yet.

Customs, duties and import taxes

UK and US orders: no customs charges to pay on delivery.

Everywhere else: your country may charge import VAT or GST, customs duty and a handling fee, which you pay on or before delivery. We can't calculate these in advance, so please check your country's rules before you order. If you don't want to pay them, email us before refusing the parcel and we'll help.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the times above, email support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase it and put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to arrange sending it again.
