400gsm is our heaviest pure-cotton fabric, and it shows: the sweatshirts hold their shape, layer neatly under a waterproof or gilet, and work on their own when the weather is kind. Ribbed hem and cuffs, round neck, sizes S to 2XL, in Cream, Off-White, Black, Grey Marl and Navy. Unlike our oversized hoodies, the fit is regular, so take your usual size.
Every design on a golf sweatshirt
The graphic sweatshirts (£47.99) carry the full Three Putt range: the topographic green of Contours, the cow behind the wheel in Reckless Driving, the cow with a brew in Tee Time, the range basket of Happy Place and the hand-drawn course of The Scenic Route. Three on the Green (£37.99) is the understated one, with just the TPG flag on the chest.

Golf sweatshirt FAQs
Can I wear a sweatshirt on the golf course?
At most clubs, yes, and with no hood a crewneck avoids the hood rules some clubs still have. Dress codes are set club by club, though: some ask for a collared shirt under any sweater, and a few only allow golf-branded tops, so check yours before a competition.
Is 400gsm too warm for golf?
Not in spring or autumn. Heavy cotton breathes better than you'd expect, so you won't overheat walking the course. In winter, wear it as a mid layer under a waterproof or gilet.
Golf sweatshirt or golf hoodie?
Go sweatshirt for a cleaner regular fit that sits better under a jacket and in the clubhouse. Go hoodie for the most warmth, a hood for the wind and a relaxed oversized shape. Both come in the same designs.
How do the sweatshirts fit?
Regular: closer to the body than our hoodies, with no excess bulk. Take your usual size. Sizes run from S to 2XL.
