Who we are
Three Putt makes golf apparel for the everyday golfer. Not the tour pro. Not the scratch player with a brand deal. The one who plays off 14 and forgets everything at the first tee, the one who only plays the driving range after work, and the one who got dragged to TopGolf once and hasn't shut up about golf since.
We're a UK-based streetwear golf brand built from the course up. Every piece in our range is tested on actual rounds by our founder before it hits the shop. This sweatshirt isn't filler to pad out a collection. It's a standalone piece designed to wear on-course and off, in colours and a style that work twelve months a year.
Fabric & Care
Material: 100% cotton · 400gsm (11.8oz)
Weight class: Heavyweight — the heaviest fabric in our range. Noticeably thicker and more substantial than most golf sweatshirts on the market.
Construction: Regular fit, round neckline, regular sleeve, ribbed hem and cuffs
Care: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low. Iron on low heat — avoid ironing directly on print areas. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
Sizing & Fit
This sweatshirt follows a regular fit — not oversized like our hoodies, not slim. It's designed to sit comfortably without excess bulk, making it ideal for layering under a jacket or wearing on its own.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday.
Returns: You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items for an exchange, credit note, or refund. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email support@threeputtgolf.com with your order number.
Faulty items: If something's not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. Faults reported within 60 days are handled at our cost, including return postage and a full replacement or refund.

Why a crewneck instead of a hoodie?
Both have their place. Our golf hoodies are built for maximum warmth and a streetwear silhouette. This crewneck is the cleaner, more versatile option. It layers better under jackets, sits smarter in the clubhouse, and works as a standalone piece in milder weather. If you want the hood for wind protection and a more relaxed style, go hoodie. If you want pure cotton warmth in a cleaner cut that works in more settings, go crewneck. Some golfers buy both and rotate depending on the round.
Can I wear this sweatshirt on the golf course?
Yes. A crewneck sweatshirt is accepted at virtually every golf course and club in the UK. There's no dress code issue like there sometimes is with hoodies. The clean, minimal style makes this one of the safest on-course layering options in our range while still looking like modern golf fashion rather than something your dad would wear.
Is 400gsm too heavy for golf?
Not at all. 400gsm is heavyweight by clothing standards, but 100% cotton at this weight breathes better than you'd expect. You won't overheat walking the course in autumn or spring. In winter, it's the perfect mid layer under a waterproof or gilet. The weight is about fabric quality and longevity — a 400gsm cotton sweatshirt holds its shape, colour, and structure far longer than a lighter alternative. It's built to play round after round without losing its form.
How does the fit compare to your hoodies?
Different intentionally. Our hoodies follow an oversized, drop-shoulder fit. This sweatshirt is a regular fit — closer to the body, cleaner lines, no excess bulk. It's designed to layer comfortably under a golf jacket or gilet without adding volume. If you wear a Medium in our hoodies, you'll likely wear a Medium in this too, but the silhouette will be noticeably different.
Do I need to be a serious golfer to wear this?
Not even slightly. Three Putt is for anyone who enjoys golf, whether that means a weekly medal, a monthly round with mates, or just hitting balls at the driving range. Most golf apparel brands design for golfers who play three times a week. We design for the ones who play when they can, however they can, and want to look good doing it.
