We test golf apparel the way we play. Hard, social, and honest.

A Texas YouTube crew with a full golf wardrobe and its own PGA Tour event, against a Leeds golf streetwear brand selling heavyweight graphic cotton. Here's who should buy which.
How We Review Golf Clothing Brands
Every review on the Three Putt journal is written by Graeme Whiles, the founder of Three Putt Golf Clothing. As a competing brand, we have an obvious conflict of interest. We take this seriously and address it directly in our review methodology, which explains how we assess brands consistently regardless of whether they compete with us.
Verdict and Quick Pick
Good Good Golf is a Texas creator brand with a full on-course wardrobe: stretch polos, Q-Zips, golf trousers, rain gear, rope hats, and women's and youth ranges. Brand Overview
Three Putt Golf
Three Putt Golf is a UK golf streetwear brand based in Leeds. It makes four garments: tees, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and hoodies. Each comes in six graphic designs: Contours, Happy Place, Tee Time, Reckless Driving, The Scenic Route and Three on the Green.
The limits are worth stating plainly. There are no polos, trousers, shorts, outerwear, waterproofs or caps, and no women's-specific range. Three Putt is golf culture to wear around the game, not kit for a wet medal round.
Good Good Golf
Good Good Golf is a Texas golf media and apparel company that grew out of a YouTube channel started in 2020. The brand says it began when Garrett Clark and Matt Kendrick got talking at a golf tournament. Kendrick is founder and CEO.
By March 2025 its YouTube channels had more than 1.75 million subscribers between them. That month it raised $45 million in a round led by Creator Sports Capital. It also has a Callaway partnership, with co-branded equipment in its store.
On 9–15 November 2026 it hosts the Good Good Championship, a new PGA Tour FedExCup Fall event in Austin, Texas. The clothing is a proper golf range rather than a merch table, with men's, women's and youth lines. The catch for British buyers is getting it here.

Key Features and Fabrics
Three Putt Golf
- Tees: 100% cotton, 305gsm, relaxed fit, in five colourways per design.
- Long-sleeve tees: 305gsm, 100% cotton, with a loose drop-shoulder fit.
- Sweatshirts: 400gsm cotton crewnecks in a regular fit.
- Hoodies: 430gsm, 56% cotton and 44% polyester, with an oversized drop-shoulder fit, in four colourways per design.
These are cotton garments, not technical performance wear. They don't offer moisture-wicking, stretch technology or weather protection. What they offer is fabric weight and a relaxed streetwear shape, with the graphics doing the talking.
Good Good Golf
- Performance polos: polyester-spandex blends. The Tracer Polo is 88% polyester and 12% spandex, with four-way stretch and quick-drying, moisture-wicking fabric.
- Printed and textured polos: split-neck, textured and loud printed styles, such as the Par Pong and Be The Ball polos.
- Q-Zips: lightweight performance pullovers. The Hibiscus Berry Q-Zip is 80% polyester and 20% spandex.
- Goodie Hoodies: lightweight layering hoodies. The Ideal Goodie Hoodie is 54% polyester, 32% nylon and 14% spandex.
- Fleece: fleece hoodies and crewnecks, more clubhouse and sofa than first tee.
- Rain gear: the Elite Waterproof Zip Jacket has fully welded seams and waterproof-taped zips, alongside rain jackets and rain trousers.
- Bottoms: golf trousers, sport joggers and golf shorts.
That is a genuine on-course wardrobe, top to bottom, which Three Putt doesn't attempt. The one thing to watch is the split between performance pieces and fleece. A Q-Zip suits a warm round; a fleece hoodie suits the drive home.

Good Good shows UK visitors its prices in dollars, so the sterling figures above are conversions at about $1.30 to £1. They are full prices, before international shipping and before any UK import charges.
Like for like, the tees are close before delivery: Three Putt's £24.99–£30.99 against about £23–£31. The hoodies are not close. Three Putt's 430gsm hoodie costs £45.99–£54.99, while a Good Good fleece hoodie is about £54–£58 and a Goodie Hoodie about £77.
Good Good's real value is in its polos and Q-Zips. In July 2024, MyGolfSpy found they shared much of Rhoback's quality for around $25 less. Neither has an equivalent in the Three Putt range at any price.
Watch the discounts, too. Good Good's refund policy says discounted items can be non-returnable even for US customers. For a UK order, nothing sent internationally can be returned, so a cheap wrong size is still a wrong size.
Price Verdict
Three Putt wins on price for the garments both brands make, most clearly on hoodies, and free UK delivery helps on single items. Good Good earns credit for fairly priced performance polos and Q-Zips, and for a whole wardrobe Three Putt doesn't make.
Fit and Sizing
Three Putt Golf
Each garment has one fit. Tees are relaxed and run from S to 2XL. Long-sleeve tees have an oversized drop-shoulder fit (S to XL), sweatshirts a regular fit and hoodies an oversized drop-shoulder fit (both S to 2XL). The shapes suit layering and everyday wear more than a tucked-in round.
Good Good Golf
Good Good's sizing advice is plain: most of its apparel is athletic fit and runs true to size. Between sizes, it suggests the smaller one for a tighter fit or the larger for a looser one. Boxy and slim-fit tees say so in their names.
Men's polos and Q-Zips run S–3XL, and women's sizes mostly XS–3XL. The 14 youth products include polos, tees, a fleece hoodie and rope hats, with clothing in youth XS–XL. Golf trousers such as the Loam and Valid use waist-and-length sizing: 28–40 waists with 28–34 inch legs.
Fit Verdict
Good Good wins on range and on-course shape, with 3XL across its men's lines, women's sizes and a youth range. Three Putt suits golfers who want a relaxed or oversized streetwear cut. Sizing matters more at Good Good, though: a wrong size on a UK order can't go back.
Style and Versatility
Three Putt Golf
Three Putt is golf streetwear built around six graphic designs, each across all four garments, so a tee and a hoodie can match. Tees come in five colourways per design and hoodies in four. They sit naturally with jeans or joggers, and suit relaxed rounds, the range and social golf. Golfers at clubs with a collared-shirt dress code will need a polo from elsewhere.
Good Good Golf
Good Good's look is loud and playful, aimed at golfers who prefer golf YouTube to country-club tradition. Polos run from textured solids to bold prints, and boxy tees carry the jokes. With more than 100 rope hats in October 2026, headwear is its signature.
The advantage is that it dresses the whole round. A polo, Q-Zip, golf trousers and a rope hat make a complete outfit from one brand. A plain textured polo suits a members' club; a loud print is a talking point.
Style Verdict
Good Good wins for a complete on-course look and for fans who want to wear the channel. Three Putt wins if you'd rather wear a golf graphic than a creator's logo, on heavyweight cotton, for the range, the pub or the sofa.

Quality, Durability and Sustainability
Three Putt Golf
Three Putt's quality story is about fabric weight: 305gsm tees, 305gsm long-sleeves, 400gsm sweatshirts and 430gsm hoodies. On sustainability, the honest answer is short. Three Putt makes no recycled-content or eco claims, and holds no sustainability certifications. Its tees are 100% cotton.
Good Good Golf
The most useful independent verdict comes from MyGolfSpy, which found in July 2024 that "the quality is pretty darn good". It praised the polos' collars and stretch, called the Q-Zips very soft, and compared both with Rhoback for less money.
The range splits into performance pieces and lifestyle fleece, and they behave differently. The polyester-spandex polos and Q-Zips are made for warm rounds. The fleece is cosier and better kept for cool days and off the course. On sustainability, Good Good's product listings make no recycled-content or certification claims.
Quality Verdict
Good Good wins on technical fabrics and has a credible independent quality verdict behind it. Three Putt's case is heavyweight cotton at lower prices. Neither brand makes recycled-content claims or names a sustainability certification.
Customer Support and Returns
Three Putt Golf
UK delivery is free on every order. Support is by email at support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk. You can return items within 14 days of delivery: email support first, and note that you pay the return postage.
Good Good Golf
Good Good's shipping policy asks you to allow up to 10 business days before an order ships. It adds that expedited shipping doesn't speed up processing in its warehouses. It publishes no international delivery rates or duties information, so UK import charges can come on top.
Its refund policy gives US customers 30 days from purchase. It lists all items sent internationally among the things that can't be returned, alongside gift cards and, where applicable, discounted items. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Support is by email at help@goodgoodgolf.com, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm US Central time.
Support Verdict
Three Putt, clearly, for a UK buyer. Free delivery and a 14-day returns route beat a final-sale international order that can take up to 10 business days to leave the warehouse. If you already know your Good Good size, the risk shrinks.
Our Pick
Buy Good Good if you want one brand for the whole round: a stretch polo for the club, a Q-Zip, golf trousers, a rope hat and a waterproof. It's also the natural choice for fans of the channel, and for families, with women's and youth ranges. Our full Good Good Golf review covers the range in more depth.
Buy it knowing the terms. Order your known size from goodgoodgolf.com, allow up to 10 business days before dispatch and budget for import charges, because international orders can't be returned.
Buy Three Putt for heavyweight golf streetwear: graphic tees from £24.99, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and 430gsm hoodies, priced in pounds and delivered free in the UK. Every garment comes in the same six designs.
Plenty of golfers will sensibly own both: a Good Good polo on the course and a Three Putt hoodie afterwards. For more brands from across the Atlantic, see our guide to American golf brands.

Are Good Good and Three Putt sustainable?
Neither makes sustainability claims. Good Good's product listings mention no recycled content or certifications. Three Putt makes no recycled-content or eco claims; its tees are 100% cotton. If sustainability is your priority, neither brand is built around it, so look for one that publishes certified or recycled materials.
Does either brand make women's or youth golf clothing?
Good Good does. Its women's range includes polos, Q-Zips, base layers, skirts and dresses, mostly in XS–3XL. Its 14 youth products include polos, tees, a fleece hoodie and rope hats. Three Putt has no women's-specific or youth range, so it suits adults who like a relaxed or oversized fit.
