Honest Daily Sports Golf Clothing Review 2026 | Three Putt Golf

Updated on: October 1, 2026 • ~11 min read

Author: Graeme

We test golf apparel the way we play. Hard, social, and honest.

Sweden's first golf brand made only for women, thirty years on and still built around one pair of pull-on trousers.

How We Review Golf Clothing Brands

Every review on the Three Putt journal is written by Graeme Whiles, the founder of Three Putt Golf Clothing. As a competing brand, we have an obvious conflict of interest. We take this seriously and address it directly in our review methodology, which explains how we assess brands consistently regardless of whether they compete with us.

Verdict: 7.8/10

Daily Sports is a family-owned Swedish brand that has made golf clothing only for women since 1995. We liked the pull-on Magic trousers, a deep run of polos, skorts, dresses and lined knits, recycled polyester on core pieces, and unusually honest fit advice that tells you to size down.

It's still run by the founding family, with Ulrika Skoghag as CEO and owner, and available in over 30 countries. The new autumn/winter 2026 range adds brushed Magic Warm trousers, wind-lined cable knits and a September outdoor drop.

Where it falls short for UK golfers: the brand's own store doesn't deliver to the UK, so you buy through stockists at their prices and on their returns terms. American Golf, Function18 and Clubhouse Golf don't list it, most styles stop at UK 20 despite a size chart that runs to UK 24, and independent reviews are almost non-existent.

This brand is best for women golfers who want feminine, properly cut golf clothes from a specialist, and don't mind tracking down a UK stockist to get them.

Key Features

  • Signature tech/fabric: Magic 4-way stretch (77% viscose, 20% polyamide, 3% elastane) with a button-free pull-on waistband; recycled-polyester Quick Dry fabrics on core polos and rainwear
  • Design language: Feminine Scandinavian golfwear: clean cuts, seasonal prints, roll necks and colour-coordinated drops
  • Fit profile: Generous; the brand says its bottoms run large and recommends sizing down
  • Range depth: Trousers, capris, shorts, skorts, polos, knits, midlayers, dresses, skirts, rainwear, jackets, gloves and hats, plus a growing outdoor line; women only

Pros

  • The Magic trousers: pull-on, 4-way stretch, a ball marker, and lengths from 44cm shorts to 34-inch trousers
  • A genuinely women-first range, with around 675 colourway listings across golf and outdoor
  • Recycled polyester on core pieces such as the Peoria polo and Flaine rain jacket
  • Product-level fit notes that flag when a style runs large

Cons

  • No direct UK delivery: the Swedish store ships to Sweden, Norway and EU countries only
  • Patchy UK availability, with stockists carrying a curated slice of the range
  • Bottoms run large, and most styles top out at UK 20 (tops at XXL)
  • A thin review base: one Trustpilot review and a handful on-site

Daily Sports Pricing

Daily Sports sits in the accessible-premium band of women's golfwear. The brand's own store prices in Swedish kronor and only delivers within Sweden, Norway and the EU, so UK golfers pay stockist prices in pounds. Daily Sports says its resellers set their own prices, and UK prices do vary from shop to shop.

Category Entry Typical Premium
Tops/Polos £44 £50–£65 £89
Knits/Midlayers £70 £85–£119 £149
Trousers/Skorts £75 £90–£100 £109–£129
Outerwear £70 £139–£159 £226
Dresses £100 £100–£109 £119

UK stockist full prices as of October 2026: Peoria short-sleeved polo £44–£50, Imola skort £75, Magic trousers £89.95–£100, Magic Warm trousers £94.95–£125, Lyric V2 trousers £109, lined cable-knit pullovers £119, Quilt Hybrid jacket £159, Ella winter gloves £39. Rainwear has no current UK price we could find: on the Swedish store the Flaine and Villard rain jackets are 2,500–3,000 kr (approximate GBP equivalents at about 13.3 kr to £1: £188–£226). Magic trousers are 1,200 kr there, about £90.

Comparison:

  • Daily Sports vs Three Putt: Different wardrobes entirely. Daily Sports is a women's specialist built around trousers, skorts and polos. Three Putt is a UK brand selling only tees from £23.99, sweatshirts and heavyweight hoodies under £52, with free UK delivery. Pull-on trousers for the round, or a tee and hoodie for the identity.
  • Daily Sports vs Galvin Green: Two Swedish specialists built for different jobs. Galvin Green is the weatherwear brand, led by GORE-TEX waterproofs. Daily Sports dresses women for the round itself, with rainwear as a side line rated at 10,000mm.
  • Daily Sports vs J.Lindeberg: Swedish golf style, two ways. J.Lindeberg brings fashion-house attitude to men's and women's golf. Daily Sports is quieter, women-only, and built around comfort and fit rather than catwalk edge.
  • Daily Sports vs Lululemon: Lululemon came to women's golf from activewear; Daily Sports came from golf and is now moving into outdoor. Both trade on stretch and comfort, but only one has thirty years of skorts and golf trousers behind it.

Promos/Outlet Notes: The Swedish store has an Archive section of past-season styles at reduced prices. It also runs "3 for 2" campaigns, but returning part of the bundle can see you charged full price for what you keep. There are no gift cards. In the UK, markdowns are where the value is. All 20 of Scottsdale Golf's Daily Sports listings are marked down 41–63%, with Peoria polos on sale from about £27, and Ladies Online Golf has a Madelene sweater on sale at £54.95.

Verdict: 7.4/10

Fair money for specialist quality, with the Magic trousers worth their £90–£100. The value dips because UK buyers can't shop the full range direct, and prices swing between retailers.

Daily Sports Fit & Sizing (Usability)

Fit is the founding mission, and Daily Sports is refreshingly upfront about it. Its size guide says "Many customers find our bottoms run a little large," and the Magic product pages recommend sizing down, adding that most customers go one size smaller thanks to the 4-way stretch.

Notes:

  • Polos/Tops: Mostly regular fits; the Peoria polo is a stretchy, structured jacquard with a short front zip and a 14cm sleeve.
  • Midlayers: Regular-fit knits and half-necks cut to layer; the lined cable knits add a high collar and half zip.
  • Trousers/Skorts: Magic is a slim straight fit with a wide pull-on waistband. Lengths run 29, 32 and 34 inches, plus straight-ankle, 94cm high-water, capri, 44cm shorts and a 52cm skort.
  • Outerwear: The Flaine rain jacket and the new softshell are both regular fits.
  • Heat/Humidity: Peoria and Flaine are Quick Dry recycled polyester; Magic is viscose-rich, so it favours softness over hot-weather wicking.
  • Size Charts: Clear Scandinavian, UK, Spanish and French conversions on product pages.

Accessibility/Range:

  • The chart runs to UK 24, but most bottoms are sold in EU 30–46 (UK 4–20). The new 29-inch Magic and Lyric V2 trousers add EU 48 (UK 22).
  • Tops run XS–XXL (UK 8–18/20), with 3XL (UK 22) on only around 18 listings, including the lined cable knits and quilted jackets.
  • UK stockists often carry a narrower run, commonly UK 8–14 or 16, so check before you fall for a colour.
  • Women only: there's no men's range.

Verdict: 7.9/10

Honest, well-documented sizing with genuine petite-end coverage. Trust the size-down advice, but don't take the UK 24 on the chart as a promise.

Daily Sports Core Product Categories

Trousers, Shorts & Skorts

The category and the reputation. Magic trousers (1,200 kr; £89.95–£100 in the UK) pair a button-free waistband with four pockets and a ball marker. Magic Warm (from £94.95) adds a brushed inside for winter. Lyric V2 trousers and skorts use a wind- and water-repellent, wrinkle-resistant stretch fabric with a removable ball marker. On-site reviews are thin: Magic averages 4.0/5 from three.

Verdict: 8.6/10

Tops & Polos

The Peoria polo headlines: 100% recycled polyester jacquard with Quick Dry, in sleeveless, short-sleeved and long-sleeved versions (600–700 kr; £44–£50 in the UK). Around it sit roughly 130 polo listings across cap sleeves, half sleeves, long-sleeved piping polos and printed designs. Feminine cuts that still swing freely.

Verdict: 8.0/10

Knits & Midlayers

This is where the autumn/winter 2026 range is strongest. New cable-knit pullovers have a wool-touch feel and a wind-resistant lining, alongside Ancona roll necks, Cholet full-zips, Madelene sweaters and Anna half-neck midlayers. UK prices run from about £70 to £149, which is real money, but these are proper winter-round layers.

Verdict: 8.0/10

Dresses & Skirts

Around 25 dress listings, from sleeveless to cap-sleeved, many in seasonal prints, plus skirts such as the new 45cm quilted skirt. UK prices sit around £100–£119 at full price. It's the category where the feminine design brief shows most, and where unisex-derived rivals have least to offer.

Verdict: 7.9/10

Outerwear & Rainwear

The Flaine rain jacket is properly specified: 10,000mm waterproofing, 10,000g/m²/24hr breathability, fully taped seams, a waterproof front zip and 100% recycled polyester. The padded Villard adds a lining for winter. Quilted jackets and vests run £139–£159 in the UK. September brought a softshell jacket, hiking trousers and a relaxed parka to the outdoor line. Ella winter gloves (£39) and wind hats finish the kit.

Verdict: 7.6/10

Daily Sports Materials & Tech (Construction, Sustainability)

Daily Sports engineers for comfort first: stretch, softness and easy care. Its sustainability claims are modest, specific and checkable, which is more than most golf brands manage.

Backend (manufacturing & standards):

  • Designed in Sweden; most products are made in Asia by subcontractors that meet third-party certifications. The brand owns no factories and runs an office in Hong Kong.
  • It follows the EU's REACH chemical rules and ships by boat first, rail second and air only as a last resort.
  • Its own definition of a sustainable garment: at least 50% recycled or organic material, or a third-party certified fabric.
  • A Core collection of season-less styles is restocked regularly, in line with its "timeless garments" philosophy.

Application (on-garment features):

  • Magic: 77% viscose, 20% polyamide, 3% elastane 4-way stretch with a no-button waistband, four pockets and a ball marker.
  • Peoria: 100% recycled polyester stretch jacquard with Quick Dry.
  • Flaine: 100% recycled polyester, 10,000mm/10,000g, fully taped seams, stretch jersey lining.
  • Lyric V2: wind- and water-repellent, wrinkle-free stretch, with rivets and excess stitching removed.
  • Knits and softshells: wind-resistant linings on cable knits; fleece-bonded, water-resistant stretch on the new softshell.

Verdict: 7.9/10

Good comfort engineering and an honest sustainability story. The viscose-led Magic fabric sits outside the brand's own recycled definition, and certifications aren't named on product pages.

Daily Sports Customer Support

Support is clear, Swedish e-commerce, but it's built for European customers. UK golfers deal with a stockist first, and that changes the whole picture.

Channels & Hours

  • Email customerservice@support.dailysports.se or use the contact form; the brand aims to reply within 48 hours.
  • Support is in English and Swedish; no phone number is published.
  • UK distribution runs through Fade Agencies, based in Dublin, which covers England, Scotland and Wales.

Policies

  • Direct orders (EU and Norway only): 20 days to return unused items, with a return fee deducted from the refund. The refund policy says 100 SEK or €10; the FAQ still says 49 SEK or €9.
  • No direct exchanges: return the item and reorder. Refunds are issued within 10 days of sending the return back, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Defects: the refund policy cites a 3-year complaint right, while the FAQ cites the 2-year EU warranty.
  • Bought from a UK stockist? Returns follow their terms, and defect claims go through them. GolfOnline, for example, allows 60 days, at your own cost.

Self-Serve

  • A detailed FAQ, per-product size charts and fit notes.
  • The store finder lists distributors by country rather than UK shops.
  • No gift cards and no back-in-stock alerts.

Verdict: 6.6/10

Well documented, but its own pages contradict each other on fees and warranty, and none of it applies directly to UK buyers. Your real customer service is whichever UK stockist you choose.

What Are Daily Sports' Review Ratings from Review Sites?

(As of October 2026)

  • Trustpilot: Effectively unrated. The unclaimed profile for www.dailysports.com shows 3.7 from a single review, with none in the last 12 months.
  • On-site (verified buyers): Thin. The Magic trousers average 4.0/5 from three reviews and the Peoria polo 4.3/5 from three.
  • Media and Reach: Around 11K Instagram followers on @dailysportsglobal. In 2017 Daily Sports won Sports Supplier of the Year at Habit's Fashion Gala, and Ulrika Skoghag was named Businesswoman of the Year in the Swedish sports industry.
  • Retail signal: Distributors from Denmark to Japan, Australia and the US. In the UK it's listed by GolfOnline, Scottsdale Golf (currently all on markdown), Ladies Online Golf and Love Golf Clothes.

Synthesis:

The reputation lives in the trade rather than on review sites: thirty years of stockists, industry awards and loyal repeat buyers. There's no robust public review base to confirm it, so the specs and the size-down advice do most of the persuading.

Is Daily Sports a Good Golf Brand?

Yes, for the golfer it was built for. Daily Sports makes thoughtful, feminine golf clothes with real technical substance: the Magic trousers, recycled-polyester polos, a 10,000mm rain jacket and lined winter knits. For UK golfers the catch is access: no direct delivery, patchy stockists, and returns that depend on where you buy. Röhnisch is the other Swedish women's specialist worth a look. If you want golf-culture clothing from a UK brand with free UK delivery, Three Putt's golf tees and heavyweight hoodies are a different take on standing out. For more continental labels, see our guide to European golf brands.

Frequently Asked Questions About Daily Sports

Who owns Daily Sports?

The Skoghag family. Elisabeth Skoghag founded the brand in Sweden in 1995 after finding nothing she wanted to wear in the golf shops, with her husband Rolf helping launch the first collection. Her daughter, Ulrika Skoghag, has been CEO and owner since 2016. It describes itself as Sweden's first clothing brand made solely for female golfers.

Where are Daily Sports clothes made?

Designed in Sweden and mostly made in Asia. Daily Sports owns no factories; it works with subcontractors that meet third-party certifications and runs an office in Hong Kong to stay close to production. It follows the EU's REACH chemical rules and ships goods by boat first, rail second and air only as a last resort.

Can I buy Daily Sports in the UK?

Yes, but not direct. The brand's own store delivers to Sweden, Norway and EU countries only. UK golfers buy through stockists such as GolfOnline, Scottsdale Golf, Ladies Online Golf and Love Golf Clothes. Delivery, prices and returns are on the retailer's terms, and ranges vary, so check sizes and colours before you order.

How does Daily Sports sizing run?

Generously. The size guide says many customers find the bottoms run a little large, and the Magic pages recommend going down a size. Most trousers come in EU 30–46 (UK 4–20), with some new styles in EU 48 (UK 22). Tops run XS–XXL (UK 8–18/20), with 3XL on a few pieces.

What are Daily Sports Magic trousers?

The brand's signature golf trousers: a slim straight fit in super-stretchy 4-way fabric (77% viscose, 20% polyamide, 3% elastane), with a wide button-free pull-on waistband, two front and two back pockets, and a ball marker. They come in 29-, 32- and 34-inch lengths, plus ankle, high-water, capri, shorts and skort versions. UK prices run £89.95–£100.

Is Daily Sports good quality?

The specs and track record say yes: thirty years in women's golf, recycled-polyester Quick Dry polos, a fully taped 10,000mm rain jacket and a Core range restocked season after season. The public review base is thin, though: one Trustpilot review and a handful on-site, so you're trusting reputation more than ratings.

What is Daily Sports' return policy?

Direct EU orders get 20 days to return unused items, with a fee deducted from the refund (100 SEK or €10 under the current policy) and no direct exchanges. UK buyers shop through stockists, so their policies apply instead: GolfOnline, for example, allows 60 days at your own cost. Defect claims also go through the retailer you bought from.

Does Daily Sports make men's golf clothing?

No. Daily Sports has made clothing only for women since it launched in 1995, and that hasn't changed. The range covers golf trousers, skorts, polos, knits, dresses and rainwear, plus a growing outdoor line of softshells, hiking trousers and parkas. There's no men's range, so it won't kit out the rest of your fourball.
