Daily Sports vs Three Putt: Swedish Women's Golfwear or UK Golf Streetwear

Updated on: October 2, 2026 • ~10 min read

Author: Graeme

We test golf apparel the way we play. Hard, social, and honest.

A Swedish brand that has dressed only women golfers since 1995, against a Leeds streetwear label with no women's range. If you're a woman shopping for golf kit, start with Daily Sports.

How We Review Golf Clothing Brands

Every review on the Three Putt journal is written by Graeme Whiles, the founder of Three Putt Golf Clothing. As a competing brand, we have an obvious conflict of interest. We take this seriously and address it directly in our review methodology, which explains how we assess brands consistently regardless of whether they compete with us.

Verdict and Quick Pick

Daily Sports is a family-owned Swedish brand making golf clothing only for women: pull-on Magic trousers, skorts, polos, lined knits, dresses and rainwear. Three Putt is a Leeds golf streetwear brand selling cotton tees, long-sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies, with no women's-specific range. A woman wanting golf kit should look at Daily Sports, bought through a UK stockist.

Best for golf style off the course on a budget: Three Putt. Heavyweight cotton tees and hoodies with golf graphics, free UK delivery and nothing above £54.99. It is casual streetwear with no women's cut, not performance kit.

Best for women's golf kit, on the course and in the clubhouse: Daily Sports. Magic stretch trousers, Peoria polos, skorts and lined winter knits, all cut for women. Its own store doesn't deliver to the UK, so you buy from a UK golf retailer at that shop's prices.

Brand Overview

Three Putt Golf

Three Putt is a UK golf streetwear brand based in Leeds. The range is deliberately narrow: tees, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and hoodies.

Each comes in six graphic designs: Contours, Happy Place, Tee Time, Reckless Driving, The Scenic Route and Three on the Green. The idea is golf culture you can wear anywhere, not a full on-course wardrobe.

That brings honest limits, and they matter more than usual here. There's no women's-specific range or cut, and no polos, trousers, shorts, outerwear, waterproofs or caps. If your club has a collared-shirt dress code, you'll need a polo from elsewhere.

Daily Sports

Daily Sports is a family-owned Swedish brand that has made golf clothing only for women since 1995. Elisabeth Skoghag founded it, and her daughter Ulrika Skoghag has been CEO and owner since 2016. It's sold in over 30 countries.

The range is built around the pull-on Magic trousers, with skorts, polos, knits, dresses, rainwear and quilted jackets around them. There's no men's range.

Buying it in Britain takes a little planning. The brand's own store delivers to Sweden, Norway and a list of EU countries, but not the UK. UK golfers buy from stockists such as GolfOnline, Scottsdale Golf, Ladies Online Golf and Love Golf Clothes. American Golf, Function18 and Clubhouse Golf didn't list it in October 2026.

Key Features and Fabrics

Three Putt Golf

  • Tees: 100% cotton, 260gsm, relaxed fit, S–3XL, five colourways per design.
  • Long-sleeve tees: 280gsm, 85% cotton / 15% polyester, loose drop-shoulder fit, S–2XL.
  • Sweatshirts: 400gsm cotton crewneck, regular fit, S–2XL.
  • Hoodies: 430gsm, 56% cotton / 44% polyester, oversized drop-shoulder fit, S–2XL, four colourways per design.

These are heavyweight casual garments, not technical performance wear. Don't expect moisture-wicking, stretch fabric or weather protection.

Daily Sports

  • Trousers and skorts: the Magic trousers are a slim straight fit in 4-way stretch (77% viscose, 20% polyamide, 3% elastane), with a button-free waistband, four pockets and a ball marker. Lengths run 29, 32 and 34 inches, plus ankle, capri, shorts and skort versions.
  • Winter and wet-weather trousers: Magic Warm adds a brushed inside. Lyric V2 trousers and skorts use a wind- and water-repellent, wrinkle-resistant stretch fabric with a removable ball marker.
  • Polos: the Peoria is a 100% recycled polyester stretch jacquard with Quick Dry, in sleeveless, short-sleeved and long-sleeved versions.
  • Knits and layers: the autumn/winter 2026 cable-knit pullovers have a wind-resistant lining, alongside quilted jackets and vests.
  • Rainwear: the Flaine rain jacket is rated to 10,000mm, with fully taped seams and a 100% recycled polyester shell.

Magic is viscose-rich, so it favours softness and stretch over hot-weather wicking. On a warm day, the Peoria polo is the more technical fabric.

Price Comparison

Category Three Putt Daily Sports (UK stockists' full prices, October 2026)
Tees and polos £23.99–£29.99 tees £44–£50 Peoria polos (sleeveless and short-sleeved)
Long sleeves £27.99–£34.99 long-sleeve tees £49.99 Agnes long-sleeve roll neck (GolfOnline RRP)
Sweatshirts and knits £37.99–£47.99 sweatshirts £79.99 Terry Touch sweatshirt (Love Golf Clothes); £119 lined cable-knit pullovers
Hoodies £45.99–£54.99 No hoodie in the range in October 2026
Trousers and skorts Not in the range £75 Imola skort; £89.95–£100 Magic trousers; Magic Warm from £94.95; £109 Lyric V2 trousers
Outerwear Not in the range £159 Quilt Hybrid jacket (Ladies Online Golf); Flaine rain jacket 2,500 kr on the Swedish store (about £188)
Delivery to a UK address Free Set by the stockist

Daily Sports lets its resellers set their own prices, so they vary between UK shops. The Flaine price is converted from kronor at about 13.3 kr to £1.

A Peoria polo and a pair of Magic trousers come to about £134–£150 at full price. Add a £119 lined cable knit and one winter outfit is about £253–£269. A Three Putt tee and hoodie together cost £69.98–£81.98, with free UK delivery.

Price Verdict

Three Putt's whole range tops out at £54.99, around the price of one Daily Sports polo. For value per pound, Three Putt wins easily. But Daily Sports' prices buy golf trousers, skorts and knits cut for women, which Three Putt doesn't make at any price.

Fit and Sizing

Three Putt Golf

Three Putt doesn't cut anything specifically for women. Tees run S–3XL and everything else S–2XL. Tees have a relaxed fit, long-sleeves a loose drop shoulder, sweatshirts a regular fit and hoodies an oversized drop shoulder.

That suits a roomy streetwear look, not golf clothing shaped for a woman's body.

Daily Sports

Fit is the reason Daily Sports exists, and it's refreshingly upfront about it. Its size guide says "Many customers find our bottoms run a little large." The Magic product pages recommend sizing down, adding that most customers go one size smaller thanks to the 4-way stretch.

Most bottoms come in EU 30–46, which its chart puts at UK 4–20. The 29-inch Magic and Lyric V2 trousers add EU 48 (UK 22). Tops run XS–XXL, with 3XL on only a few pieces, such as the lined cable knits.

UK stockists often carry a narrower run than the brand makes, commonly UK 8 to 14 or 16. Check your size is in stock before you fall for a colour.

Fit Verdict

Daily Sports wins outright for women. It offers cuts designed for the female body, sizes from UK 4 and three Magic trouser lengths. Its limit is the top end, where most styles stop at UK 20. Three Putt is a relaxed streetwear fit with no women's cut, so it only competes as an off-course layer.

Style and Versatility

Three Putt Golf

Three Putt is golf streetwear: golf-themed graphics on heavyweight cotton, in relaxed and oversized shapes. A hoodie works for a casual range session, a cold walk to the first tee or the pub afterwards. It isn't the right top for a members' competition at a traditional club.

Daily Sports

Daily Sports does feminine Scandinavian golfwear: clean cuts, seasonal prints, roll necks and colour-coordinated drops. Polos come in sleeveless, cap-sleeved, short-sleeved and long-sleeved cuts, and the dresses are where the feminine design brief shows most.

It does make a few casual pieces too. Its Swedish store lists a handful of sweatshirts and a 100% cotton logo tee, but they're a side line next to the golf range.

On the course, a Daily Sports polo with Magic trousers or a skort fits a typical collared-shirt dress code. If you're unsure what your club allows, check our guide to the golf dress code before you buy.

Style Verdict

Daily Sports is the polished on-course and clubhouse look, designed for women. Three Putt is graphic casualwear for everywhere else. One dresses the round; the other is a casual layer for the drive home.

Quality, Durability and Sustainability

Three Putt Golf

Three Putt's quality story is weight. Tees are 260gsm cotton, sweatshirts are 400gsm and hoodies are 430gsm. On sustainability, Three Putt makes no recycled-content or eco claims. Its tees are 100% cotton.

Daily Sports

Daily Sports' quality case is thirty years of women's golf clothing, backed by recycled-polyester Quick Dry polos, a fully taped 10,000mm rain jacket and a regularly restocked Core range.

The public review base is thin, though: one Trustpilot review in October 2026, and three on-site reviews for the Magic trousers (averaging 4.0 out of 5). You're trusting the brand's track record more than its ratings.

Daily Sports designs in Sweden and has most products made in Asia by subcontractors that meet third-party certifications. It follows the EU's REACH chemical rules and ships by boat first and air only as a last resort.

Its own definition of a sustainable garment is at least 50% recycled or organic material, or a third-party certified fabric. The Peoria polo and Flaine jacket use recycled polyester. The viscose-rich Magic fabric sits outside that definition, and product pages don't name certifications.

Quality Verdict

Daily Sports wins on technical construction, and its sustainability claims are modest, specific and checkable. Three Putt wins on heavyweight cotton for the money.

Customer Support and Returns

Three Putt Golf

Delivery is free across the UK. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Email support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk first, and note that you pay the return postage. Support is by email.

Daily Sports

For UK golfers, customer service mostly means the stockist. Daily Sports' shipping policy lists Sweden, Norway and EU countries only, so delivery charges, returns and refunds follow the retailer's terms.

Those terms vary. GolfOnline, for example, gives you 60 days to return new, unwanted items, at your own cost. Defect claims also go through the shop you bought from, because Daily Sports won't accept claims directly for products bought elsewhere.

Daily Sports' own team answers by email and contact form, in English and Swedish, and aims to reply within 48 hours. No phone number is published. Its 20-day return terms only cover orders from its own store.

Support Verdict

Three Putt is simpler: one UK store, free UK delivery and one email address. Its returns window is shorter than GolfOnline's, and you pay the postage. With Daily Sports, choose your stockist carefully, because its terms are the ones you'll live with.

Our Pick

If you're a woman looking for golf clothing, buy Daily Sports. Start with the Magic trousers, sized down as the brand advises, then add a Peoria polo or skort for summer and a lined cable knit for winter. Buy from a UK stockist and read its returns terms before you order.

Buy Three Putt if you want golf style for everywhere else, delivered free in the UK. Heavyweight tees from £23.99, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and hoodies under £52 cover the walk to the first tee and the drink afterwards. There's no women's-specific cut, so treat it as a relaxed off-course layer rather than golf kit.

The two can sit side by side: Daily Sports for the medal round, and a Three Putt hoodie for the drive home. For more brands from across the continent, see our guide to European golf brands.

Frequently Asked Questions About Three Putt vs Daily Sports

Is Three Putt a good alternative to Daily Sports?

Not for golf kit. Daily Sports makes women's golf trousers, skorts, polos, knits and rainwear, and none of those is in the Three Putt range. Three Putt sells heavyweight cotton tees, long-sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies from £23.99, with free UK delivery. It's an off-course layer, not a replacement.

Does Three Putt make women's golf clothing?

No. Three Putt has no women's-specific range or cut. Tees run S–3XL and long-sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies S–2XL, in relaxed to oversized streetwear fits. A Three Putt tee or hoodie can be a casual off-course layer, but for golf clothing cut for women, look at Daily Sports.

Can I buy Daily Sports in the UK?

Yes, but not direct. In October 2026 the brand's own store delivered to Sweden, Norway and a list of EU countries only. UK golfers buy from stockists such as GolfOnline, Scottsdale Golf, Ladies Online Golf and Love Golf Clothes, on each retailer's prices, delivery and returns terms.

Which is better on the course?

Daily Sports, clearly. Its Magic trousers are 4-way stretch with a ball marker, its Peoria polo is Quick Dry recycled polyester, and its Flaine rain jacket is rated to 10,000mm. Three Putt's cotton tees and hoodies suit a relaxed round, but offer no performance fabric, no weather protection and no collared shirts.

How do the fits and sizes differ?

Daily Sports designs for women, and its bottoms run large, so it advises sizing down. Most trousers run UK 4–20, a few UK 22, and tops XS–XXL, with 3XL on a few pieces. Three Putt has no women's cut: tees run S–3XL and the rest S–2XL, in relaxed to oversized shapes.

Are Daily Sports and Three Putt sustainable?

Daily Sports makes modest, checkable claims. It defines a sustainable garment as at least 50% recycled or organic material, or a third-party certified fabric, and uses recycled polyester on core pieces such as the Peoria polo. It names no certifications on product pages. Three Putt makes no recycled-content or eco claims; its tees are 100% cotton.

Which is better value?

On price alone, Three Putt: the whole range sits between £23.99 and £54.99, with free UK delivery. Daily Sports' Peoria polos were £44–£50 and Magic trousers £89.95–£100 at UK stockists in October 2026. For golf kit cut for women, though, Daily Sports' prices are easier to justify.

Which is easier to buy and return in the UK?

Three Putt sells direct, with free UK delivery; returns must be made within 14 days, at your cost, after you email support first. Daily Sports doesn't sell direct to the UK, so delivery, returns and defect claims go through the stockist. GolfOnline, for example, allows 60 days at your own cost.
