7 Best B.Draddy Golf Alternatives in 2026 | Ranked

Updated on: October 1, 2026

Exploring the brands UK golfers turn to when B.Draddy's Presidents Cup polish is hard to buy from Britain.

How We Review Golf Clothing Brands

Every review on the Three Putt journal is written by Graeme Whiles, the founder of Three Putt Golf Clothing. As a competing brand, we have an obvious conflict of interest. We take this seriously and address it directly in our review methodology, which explains how we assess brands consistently regardless of whether they compete with us.

Top Picks

  1. Sounder Golf: Best overall alternative, with organic cotton polos sold from London
  2. Criquet: Best for throwback cotton players shirts with 60-day returns
  3. Macade Golf: Best for duties paid, free UK delivery and free returns
  4. Three Putt Golf: Best for golf streetwear off the course
  5. Fairway & Greene: Best for B.Draddy's sister brand at lower prices
  6. Quiet Golf: Best for logo-light polos with a European stockist
  7. Turtleson: Best for Peter Millar pedigree from a mostly US-only brand

Why People Look Beyond B.Draddy

UK golfers look beyond B.Draddy because it is easier to admire than to buy from Britain. Its site shows prices in pounds, but publishes no UK delivery rates, delivery times or duty terms. There are no UK stockists, and international buyers pay their own return postage. Polos run about £85–£106 before VAT and delivery.

B.Draddy was founded in 2013 by Billy Draddy, and the name is shorthand for "Brothers Draddy". Billy is the third generation of Draddys in sportswear. He set out to make "a better golf shirt" in what the brand calls organic long-staple Peruvian Pima cotton. The Liam polo, named after his son, is still the original. B.Draddy now sits inside Summit Golf Brands with Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction.

2026 has been a big year. B.Draddy was the official apparel provider for both teams at the Presidents Cup at Medinah, as it was in 2024. With Zero Restriction, it is also the US Solheim Cup team's uniform supplier for 2026 and 2028. Its ambassadors include Open champions Brian Harman and Justin Leonard, and Europe's 2014 Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley. The range runs from Pima polos made in Peru to Italian merino and Scottish cashmere, with women's and juniors' lines too.

The trouble is the journey to a British address. B.Draddy's terms say posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs and import charges. Returns run 30 days from purchase, and international orders can come back, but you pay the postage and buy the label from a local carrier. Sale items are final sale. Its sustainability page claims Oeko-Tex certified mills and Fair Trade certification, but shows no certificate numbers. Each brand below fixes part of that.

Detailed Breakdown by Brand

Sounder Golf: Best Overall Alternative

Available on: soundergolf.com · Read our full Sounder Golf review

Key Features:

  • Founded in London in 2021 by Cathal McAteer, who founded the fashion label Folk, and Urban Golf founder James Day
  • Named after the Sounder clubs Seve Ballesteros played in the late 1970s
  • Polos in 100% organic cotton, made by a family-owned factory in Portugal: the Clean Lie at £75, the Play Well at £80–£85 and the open-necked Capri Collar at £85 in October 2026
  • A fuller wardrobe than the polos suggest: pleated Good Walk chinos in GOTS organic cotton ripstop (£135–£145), cotton-cashmere knits and a £275 waterproof jacket made with Protected Species

Pros:

  • Priced in pounds with VAT included, and UK delivery is £5.95 or free over £100
  • The same natural-fibre idea as B.Draddy's Pima polos, from £75 rather than about £85–£106 before VAT
  • A Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 573 reviews in October 2026
  • Stocked at golf clubs and resorts including Carnoustie, Gleneagles, Nairn and Skibo Castle

Cons:

  • No women's line, where B.Draddy sells women's and juniors' ranges
  • Only 14 days to return, against B.Draddy's 30, and shipping costs aren't refunded
  • Tops stop at XXL, a 46-inch chest

Verdict:

Sounder is the closest British match for the B.Draddy idea: natural-fibre polos with a clubhouse look and a golf-history name. It gives up B.Draddy's family range and longer return window. In exchange, a UK buyer gets a price in pounds with VAT already in it and nothing to pay at the door.

Criquet: Best for Throwback Cotton Players Shirts with 60-Day Returns

Available on: criquetshirts.com · Read our full Criquet review

Key Features:

  • Founded in Austin, Texas in 2010 by Billy Nachman and Hobson Brown
  • Built around the Players Shirt, a throwback cotton golf shirt with removable collar stays
  • Trades under the line "Pursuing A Life Comfortably Off-Course"
  • Shirts run S–XXL, and the range adds shackets, quilted pieces and a Member's Guest Jacket

Pros:

  • 60 days to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items, double B.Draddy's window
  • Players Shirts list at $104 in October 2026, below a typical B.Draddy polo
  • The same cotton-first, comfortable-off-course outlook that B.Draddy was built on

Cons:

  • International buyers pay return postage, just as they do with B.Draddy
  • UK orders carry shipping plus import duties
  • No big and tall sizes, and no jackets with a waterproof rating

Verdict:

Criquet and B.Draddy chase the same golfer: one who prefers cotton to slick polyester and wants a shirt that works in the bar. Criquet costs a little less and gives you twice as long to change your mind. It shares B.Draddy's weak spot for UK buyers, though, with duties and return postage still on you.

Macade Golf: Best for Duties Paid, Free UK Delivery and Free Returns

Available on: eu.macadegolf.com · Read our full Macade Golf review

Key Features:

  • Founded in Stockholm in 2019, with the tapered golf jogger as its signature piece
  • Named fabric platforms: Ridgeweave, TX, Therma, Storm and, since September 2026, HydroCore waterproofs
  • Full men's and women's lines, from polos and merino knits to skirts, skorts and dresses
  • Its tour team includes DP World Tour player Ewen Ferguson

Pros:

  • Ships duties paid: VAT, duties and taxes are included in the total at checkout, and UK standard delivery is free
  • Free 30-day returns with a prepaid label, where B.Draddy leaves the postage to you
  • A proper women's range, matching one of B.Draddy's real strengths
  • Also sold by UK golf retailers such as Function18

Cons:

  • Technical Scandinavian minimalism rather than B.Draddy's vintage country-club cotton
  • A Trustpilot score of 3.8 in October 2026, with complaints about slow refunds
  • Premium prices on its own store: £70–£110 polos and £120 joggers

Verdict:

Macade wins on every buying mechanic that matters from Britain: duties settled at checkout, free delivery and a prepaid return label. It even has a merino and cashmere-blend knit range. What it can't give you is B.Draddy's sun-faded, lived-in softness, because it is playing a technical game at a similar price.

Three Putt Golf: Best for Golf Streetwear Off the Course

Available on: threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk · Read our full B.Draddy vs Three Putt comparison

Key Features:

  • A UK golf streetwear brand based in Leeds, selling six graphic designs across its streetwear: Contours, Happy Place, Tee Time, Reckless Driving, The Scenic Route and Three on the Green
  • Tees: 100% cotton, 305gsm, relaxed fit, S–2XL, £24.99–£30.99, five colourways per design
  • Long-sleeve tees at 305gsm (100% cotton) for £28.99–£35.99, and 400gsm cotton crewneck sweatshirts for £37.99–£47.99
  • Hoodies: 430gsm, 56% cotton and 44% polyester, oversized drop-shoulder fit, S–2XL, £45.99–£54.99, four colourways per design

Pros:

  • Priced in pounds, with free UK delivery
  • Tees from £24.99 and hoodies from £45.99, against B.Draddy polos at about £85–£106 before VAT
  • Published fabric weights and blends for every garment

Cons:

  • No performance polos, trousers or outerwear, and no caps or women's-specific range
  • Cotton streetwear, not technical kit: no moisture-wicking, stretch fabric or weather protection
  • Returns within 14 days of delivery, emailing support@threeputtgolfclothing.co.uk first, with return postage at the customer's cost

Verdict:

Three Putt is our own brand, so weigh this entry with that in mind. It covers the off-course half of a B.Draddy wardrobe, not the collar or the cashmere. If your club has a collared-shirt dress code, you'll want a polo rather than a tee. For hoodies, sweatshirts and tees after the round, it's a UK option priced in pounds.

Fairway & Greene: Best for B.Draddy's Sister Brand at Lower Prices

Available on: fairwayandgreene.com · Read our full Fairway & Greene review

Key Features:

  • Founded in 1995 and part of Summit Golf Brands, the same parent as B.Draddy and Zero Restriction
  • Polos with a memory-wire cutaway collar, plus a Made in the USA polo line
  • Zegna Baruffa Merino windsweaters, from £224 to the £314 Commodore in October 2026, before VAT
  • The PGA of America's official staff uniform supplier since 2025, with Sepp Straka signed in January 2026

Pros:

  • Polos at £65–£69 before VAT in October 2026, below B.Draddy's £85–£106
  • A full ladies' line, including polos and skorts
  • The Caves Quarter Zip scores 5.0/5 from 108 on-site reviews
  • Most men's styles run S–3XL, with six core styles up to 5XL

Cons:

  • UK returns and exchanges are accepted, but you pay the return postage to the US, as with B.Draddy
  • Prices exclude VAT and import charges, and no UK delivery fee is published
  • No golf trousers or waterproofs, and a single pair of shorts

Verdict:

Fairway & Greene is the cheaper route into the same Summit stable, with clubhouse polos at well under B.Draddy's prices and Baruffa merino at similar money. It swaps Pima cotton for performance polyester on its cutaway polos. The real catch is cost: VAT and import charges come on top, and a wrong size goes back at your own expense.

Quiet Golf: Best for Logo-Light Polos with a European Stockist

Available on: quietgolf.com · Read our full Quiet Golf review

Key Features:

  • Co-founded in 2021 in Costa Mesa, California, by Christion Lennon, founder of Museum of Peace & Quiet, with brothers Raul and Diego Diaz
  • Logo-light polos: Active Pique and Active Jersey performance polos at £89, and a Supima cotton polo made in Portugal at £92 (October 2026)
  • A flagship store in Costa Mesa, and a 2024 seed round led by Old Tom Capital
  • Collaborations include an adidas Samba Golf and Harris Tweed headcovers with Ross Co. Golf

Pros:

  • A UK version of its store that shows prices in pounds
  • Stocked in Europe by Bisque Golf in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, which ships to the UK
  • The same quiet, no-slogan register as B.Draddy, in a West Coast key

Cons:

  • Two returns pages disagree (14 days or 30), and approved returns can carry a 5% restocking fee
  • Customs charges sit with the buyer, and duties paid on delivery aren't refunded
  • A thin range of 23 products on its own site in October 2026, with no women's products or knitwear

Verdict:

Quiet Golf is the minimalist's swap: gallery-clean polos instead of B.Draddy's clubhouse heritage. The Dutch stockist gives cautious UK buyers a second route in. The muddled returns terms and duty risk mean it suits golfers who already know their size.

Turtleson: Best for Peter Millar Pedigree From a Mostly US-Only Brand

Available on: turtleson.com · Read our full Turtleson review

Key Features:

  • Founded in 2011 in Bristol, Tennessee, by Greg Oakley and Chet Sikorski, two of Peter Millar's founding partners
  • Performance polos at $105–$145 (most are $120, about £92) with the Standwell collar, which holds its shape without stays
  • Core polos and quarter-zips in S–5XL, plus a women's line with skorts and a dress
  • 291 US stockists including Pinehurst, and a roster that includes Pierceson Coody and DP World Tour player Marcus Armitage

Pros:

  • The closest stylistic match to B.Draddy here: quiet American clubhouse style from apparel veterans
  • A 4.74/5 score from 997 on-site reviews
  • Sizing to 5XL on core polos, beyond B.Draddy's S–2XL Liam
  • Merino and cashmere layers, such as the $395 Kephart cashmere

Cons:

  • No UK delivery: its FAQ says "At this time, we do not offer international shipping"
  • No UK stockist
  • Its returns pages disagree, with 30 days on one and 60 on another

Verdict:

Turtleson is what a B.Draddy buyer might pick in a Tennessee pro shop: the same quiet polish, from men who helped build Peter Millar. It closes this list because it won't post to Britain at all. That makes B.Draddy's pound prices look generous.

Quick Comparison Grid

Brand Best For Price Range Sustainability
B.Draddy Pima cotton polos and cashmere with Presidents Cup pedigree £££ Low (organic Pima claim; Oeko-Tex and Fair Trade claims with no certificate numbers)
Sounder Golf Organic cotton polos sold from London £££ Moderate (organic cotton polos; GOTS on some chinos; living-wage and carbon-offset shipping claims)
Criquet Throwback cotton players shirts with 60-day returns £££ None published (no third-party certifications)
Macade Golf Duties paid, free UK delivery and free returns £££ Low (BCI cotton in one knit; PFAS-free finish on HydroCore)
Three Putt Golf Golf streetwear off the course ££ No recycled-content or eco claims; tees are 100% cotton
Fairway & Greene B.Draddy's sister brand at lower prices ££–£££ Low (Summit-wide page of general aims, no certifications)
Quiet Golf Logo-light polos with a European stockist £££ None published
Turtleson Peter Millar pedigree from a mostly US-only brand £££ None published

Summary

B.Draddy has had a year most golf brands would envy: Presidents Cup uniforms for both teams, a Solheim Cup deal to 2028 and two Open champions on its roster. The polos are made in Peru from Peruvian Pima cotton, and the knitwear climbs to Scottish cashmere.

For a UK golfer, the catch is the buying. Prices show in pounds, but there are no published UK delivery or duty terms and no UK stockists, and return postage is yours to pay.

Sounder is the nearest British match, with organic cotton polos priced in pounds and VAT included. Criquet gives you 60 days to change your mind, and Macade pays the duties and the return label. Fairway & Greene is the cheaper sister brand and Quiet Golf has a Dutch stockist. Turtleson is harder to buy than B.Draddy itself. Three Putt covers the hoodies, sweatshirts and tees you wear after the round.

Frequently Asked Questions About B.Draddy

Who owns B.Draddy?

B.Draddy is part of Summit Golf Brands, which also owns Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction and serves more than 3,000 partners in over 25 countries. The brand was founded in 2013 by Billy Draddy, the third generation of Draddys in sportswear. The name is shorthand for "Brothers Draddy".

Did B.Draddy make the 2026 Presidents Cup uniforms?

Yes. B.Draddy was the official apparel provider for the 2026 Presidents Cup at Medinah, dressing both the US and International teams, as it did in 2024. Sister brand Zero Restriction was part of the same deal. The two brands are also the US Solheim Cup team's official uniform suppliers for 2026 and 2028.

Does B.Draddy ship to the UK?

Yes. The UK is on its list of shipping countries, and choosing the United Kingdom switches prices to pounds. But B.Draddy publishes no UK delivery rates, delivery times or duty terms. Its terms say posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs and import charges, so expect UK VAT and possibly duty on top. There are no UK stockists.

What is B.Draddy's return policy?

You have 30 days from purchase to return non-custom, non-decorated items bought directly from bdraddy.com. Return shipping is free only if you add returns coverage at checkout; otherwise a $10 processing fee and the label cost apply. International returns are accepted, but you pay the postage. Refunds take up to 14 business days, and final sale items can't be returned.

Is B.Draddy made from organic cotton?

B.Draddy describes its polo fabric as organic long-staple Peruvian Pima cotton, and the Liam polo is 92% Peruvian Pima with 8% spandex, made in Peru. The organic claim sits in marketing copy rather than a named certificate. Its sustainability page claims Oeko-Tex certified mills and Fair Trade certification, but publishes no certificate numbers.

How much does B.Draddy cost in the UK?

With the United Kingdom selected in October 2026, B.Draddy polos cost about £85–£106. Those pound prices are conversions of the US prices with no UK VAT added, and no UK delivery fee is published. Knitwear climbs from Italian merino to Scottish cashmere at several hundred pounds, and sale items are final sale.

Which tour players wear B.Draddy?

B.Draddy's athlete page lists Brian Harman, the 2023 Open champion, and Justin Leonard, who won the Open in 1997. Europe's 2014 Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley is there too, alongside Brad Faxon, Victor Perez, Taylor Moore, Zac Blair, Bronson Burgoon and Carson Young. Harman even has his own "Harman the Hunter" collection.

What is the best B.Draddy alternative for UK golfers?

Sounder Golf is the closest British match: organic cotton polos made in Portugal, at £75–£85 with VAT included and delivery free over £100. If you want an American cotton shirt with a longer return window, Criquet gives you 60 days. For duties paid and free returns, Macade is the easiest overseas brand on this list to buy from Britain.
